I met Alex back in 2015 when I needed some help on a 3 family home that my mom owned. Alex always, without exception, went above and beyond with helping us fix things on the property, getting new tenants and increasing rent without losing tenants. Then, in 2017 I called on Alex to sell my mom’s primary residence and as expected, Alex came through with all of the details surrounding this sale and got us the most $ for the home. Just this past month Alex was hired to sell the last house in the Estate. This one had more challenges but Alex came through, doing much more than any other realtor that I have ever dealt with got the job done. The house sold last week. In addition, whenever I had a question or a concern, Alex would get right back to me, often leaving me a very long and detailed explanation followed by a phone call. I always felt like I was in great hands and never worried that Alex would see everything through. Alex is also very personable and easy to connect to so I always felt comfortable with him. I highly recommend Alex!
