Working with Alex was great from start to finish. In the beginning of our home buying process, he really took the time to get to know my husband and I to make sure that he understood what we were looking for in a house. This was challenging because we weren’t 100% sure ourselves! He patiently listened to our list of ‘must haves’ and ‘must not haves’ and knowledgeably guided us through the process. He was also always quick to reply to our emails/texts/calls. In the end, we ended up buying a home that we love in a neighborhood that we love (this was the most important part for me). Not sure there is enough space to properly express how truly incredible of an agent Alex was for us. When I first set out to find a real estate agent, I was flooded with requests, but ultimately decided to work with Alex, which I am so happy about. As someone who works odd hours myself, an agent's accessibility was a huge concern for me. Alex was literally avail 24/7 to chat or meet or look at houses; great start. I had no idea what to expect with this whole process, Alex was clear and communicative breaking down exactly what to expect with each step of the process, going into as much detail as I needed. The place I ended up buying though Alex was a new build, which hit a fair share of delays. I leaned on Alex heavily while he negotiated and maneuvered these snags beautifully. He went to bat for us when the contractor was trying to pull some funny business and told me to relax (rightfully so) when I wanted to pop off. Not only that, but we got it under asking price when all was said and done. I am so happy with my new place and my first home buying experience. While Alex may seem young in age/experience, his business acumen and market knowledge was spot on at every turn. I could not have done this without Alex. I am so lucky to have worked with Alex here and will continue to refer him to anyone and everyone I know looking for a new house.

Alex was great through our whole purchasing process, we ended up seeing a lot of houses before we found the one that was right for us. He was willing and excited to go out and see each one which was great. When it came to the offer he was very knowledgeable of the market and where we should come in at. That ended up being key for us because our offer got accepted and we can't wait to get into our new house.
