We toured homes on and off for about a year and he was very patient during the process knowing that we wanted to find the perfect one. Alex helped us negotiate a great deal and once we did, he had a great team of associates to help us with the loan, inspections and the title work. The closing process was easy and if there was ever any issue, he communicated with us frequently and got them resolved without too much hassle.
