Alex Mariconda is awesome!

Alex was great t work with! He listened to our wants and needs and tried to balance that with price when showing us homes. He was almost always available by phone and if not, he usually called back within an hour or less. He answered every question patiently. He really listened to what we wanted in a home and did no waste our time by showing us anything else. I think we are in our forever home but if we were to ever purchase another home, we would use Alex again. Highly recommend him to anyone buying or renting a new home!
