From day 1, Alex made it a point that he wanted to make sure he reduced the stress involved with the home buying process, from finding the right lender, home, setting up appointments and most importantly handling all the communication involved along the way. He was patient, setting up numerous showings, helped weigh pros and cons with each property and was never pushy at any point. When I was set on sacrificing a few of my wants to secure a home, he kept me level headed and assured me we’d find the one that met all my criteria and sure enough we found the perfect home in the right place and price. I could not recommend Alex enough, night or day whenever I needed his input he was available. On closing day we realized I never received the keys to the property. Alex drove over an hour away to meet the seller agent to retrieve the keys and hand delivered them to me. He went truly above and beyond and I could not thank him enough.
