Alex Halenka is an outstanding real estate agent. After I tell you that I need to tell you that I am a very difficult client. I expect honesty, reliability, integrity and great communication. Alex has all of those attributes. We were not is a hurry and we are very picky so it took us 8 months to find and purchase our home. We had one deal along the way to purchase a new build with some weird issues. At the last-minute Alex advised us to pass on the purchase. We agreed with his assessment and canceled the contract. He had done a great job drafting the offer so we were able to get every penny of our escrow money back. Then we found our dream home! The property had several offers but Alex communicated with the seller’s agent and wrote a very unique offer that secured the home for us. Let me just finish by letting you know Alex lost $4,500 dollars in commission by telling us to walk on the first deal. And he was right, the new house was not a smart purchase for us. Throughout the 8 months process I have seen clear evidence that Alex has integrity, is reliable, and honest. When you add in his communication skills and ability to write successful offers (both to purchase and to get out of bad deals) you have an amazing real estate agent. Highly recommended!
