I've known Alex since high school we had been looking for a home using another real estate agent and had little luck on finding the right home or even getting offers in on time. We lost what we thought was a good home and decided to switch agents, I called Alex set up a meeting and we were rolling the very next day he showed us three properties we really liked. We submitted an offer on a house we really liked and were closing escrow on what is now our dream house (in progress) sooner than we thought. The transaction was not easy, I had some VA loan issues, the sellers had a harder than expected time finding a new home and Alex was always looking out for our interests and did everything he could to close on time and to our satisfaction. One thing that I really liked about the process was Alex's availability to take calls or texts. I travel a lot for work and have weird schedules, I would text or call Alex at times late into the night and always got a prompt response, I think that was a contributing factor in us getting the house we really wanted.
