Alex was an incredible resource as we looked to find our way back to Bowling Green, Ohio and the competitive housing market. We had a long list of "needs" for our house that was tricky to accommodate. Additionally, we were out of town Buyers and Alex was very patient and willing to go above and beyond to support our schedules. I would highly recommend Alex for your residential real estate needs in Northwest Ohio.

Alex did an excellent job selling my house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. And he got it sold in a month!!

Alex was a great help in helping us navigate the areas we wanted to live in. He was a good communicator and helped us stay on top of all of our tasks. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was a good sounding board when discussing future home projects. We’re so thankful to Alex for helping us secure our dream home!

Alex was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From helping suggest properties to look into, to providing knowledge of things to be aware of in each home we looked at. We were very happy with how clear he was in communication, and he was always there to answer questions.

We got in touch with Alex through Zillow. He immediately spoke with us and gave us a rundown over the phone about expectations and etc. We met with Alex in person and he went through, step by step, the process of first time home buying. He gave us the appropriate referrals and was quick to respond day/night with any of our needs. He was professional and really sought out homes that met our criteria. We had a wonderful experience getting to know each other and felt super comfortable during the entire experience. Closing was equally as wonderful. The process was simple and easy - and he gave us a wonderful gift bag at the end. We both recommend Alex highly if you’re buying a home! Great personality, very respectful, honest, and easily accessible, and easy to work with. 10/10!

Buying a house 600 miles away adds another layer of anxiety. Alex walked us through the process step by step and always got back to our phone calls and texts in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and concerns. During price negotiations following the inspection, Alex really went to bat for us and showed that he truly cared that we got a fair price. Alex made the entire process of buying our new house so easy! He walked us through the whole thing, was there for us every step of the way and thoroughly explained everything. He was great at negotiating when we were putting in our offer and is very knowledgeable. He also was very thorough when we were walking through to view the house and pointed out good attributes of the house, and things that may have needed work. He will also be helping us sell our old house! If you need a realtor that you know will go above and beyond for his clients, call Alex!
