I decided to sell my house several weeks before the end of 2020. I knew I had to work fast because the holidays are known for slowing things down (and sometimes prices), so I was so thankful I ended up working with Alex on this: - He is FAST. We went from a meet & greet, to staging my home, to selling it on the first day of its showing within 2-3 weeks. - He is a PROFESSIONAL. His concern about managing Covid around my pregnant wife, his consistent responsiveness, clarity, and directness in communication, his clear plan on how to get our home sold quickly and at a good price, and the way he presents himself all spoke to him being a true professional in his field. We always felt like we were in good hands! - He is HIGHLY EFFECTIVE. We put together a strategy. He was very direct in what needed to be done to give us the best chance to sell. I followed everything perfectly. We sold even before the first day was done on our showing. We got the job done as a team with virtually no hiccups along the way! - He is EASY TO WORK WITH. Sometimes you work with effective people who are assholes or just not pleasant to be around. Not the case with Alex. My wife and I loved having him around. We liked chatting with him. And he even let me "work from home" at his place for a bit while my house was getting appraised. He truly made things as easy as possible. If we were to buy/sell again, we are absolutely hooking up with Alex again.
