My mother passed away unexpectedly and as I live out of state and was the only surviving family, I was left was the sale of her home which she loved dearly. Alex came in and thankfully was not pushy at all! Very respectful and professional. He was able to offer advise but allowed me to make my own decisions without being overbearing. Once the agreement was signed he kept me updated every step of the way and was even able to make minor repairs to the home. This was such a relief as I was overwhelmed living so far away. We had a contract on the house within six days and closed in two months even with probate. Alex was a God send and I would recommend him highly to anyone buying or selling.
