Knowledgeable: Knows the area well and always told me pros and cons of a particular neighborhood and a house. I thought I can trust him as he was pushing me toward a particular home or area. Communication: Always picked up phone. Very quick to response. I did not need to chase him for anything during the entire couple of months I have been looking to purchase. Very reliable. Professionalism: A high school teacher with lots of energy and a high degree of professionalism. Engaged well with me and my family. Introduced me to his wife (what a wonderful person she is!).
