Alex was Top notch! We loved her honesty when it came to viewing homes. We didn’t want to buy a home that needed work and she was so open and honest about what we were getting and how it looked. She was there for us 24 hours a day with any questions we had, and she made the home buying process a breeze! We would recommend Alexa to anyone in the market and would most definitely use her again.
Alexa was very professional and consistent throughout the whole process. I work nights and she still was available to me at any time with any questions or concerns I had. Another realtor took a year working with us but Alexa got us out of our apartment deadline which was 1 exact month. We can’t thank her enough! Despite the challenges we had to over come, Alexa was the my backbone to it all and without her I probably would not be in my awesome home. From the start I felt comfortable talking to her about our situation and our needs. She seemed very understanding and was very patient with us when we looking at homes. I really appreciate that she talent above and beyond to find us the perfect home. She always explained everything to us and made sure that we understood the process. I thank God I walked in to the first house because I found her. I wouldn't have it any other way. Everything was great and went smoothly, but due to closing date being 45 days from start of contract (and we informed our broker we would like to close as soon as we could) caused a bit of stress. The broker was brought to my attention from Brian Hall. Alexa was phenomenal! There wasn't a day we didn't have an update or a status of our new home.
