Alexa was very helpful when it came to explaining the process to us as first time home buyers. We bought a home outside of the area she typically works in so although she may not have known everything about the house and it's location off the top of her head, she did research and asked around for us and got the information we needed in a very quick manner. She was very down to earth and one of my favorites things about going through Alexa was that she was very real/realistic with what we were looking at. She didn't try "oversell" or hype up things in the home that needed updating, reparing, etc. That quality alone helped us put all our trust and faith in her representing us in purchasing our first home.
