As a first time home buyer, Alex helped me throughout the buying process with professionalism, expert knowledge on the local market, and by going out of his way to ensure I had the best and easiest home buying experience. He helped me find my dream condo at an affordable price in a market where I thought I was going to have to settle for much less. And during the purchasing period there were zero issues and Alex ensured I felt like we were far ahead at every step of the purchase.

Alex is an excellent agent who goes above and beyond to get deals done. He handled everything for us as sellers, from showing our house to arranging and overseeing repairs. He was always available and responsive -- weekends, evenings, whenever -- and successfully navigated our closing in the days after Hurricane Ian. Lastly, in addition to doing his job as our agent, Alex also did the job of the buyer's agent (Elliot Koolik of Koolik Group) as buyer lost trust in Koolik Group because their agent was AWOL. We would not have been able to sell our home without Alex and we recommend him highly.

Alex and Steve are so easy to work with. They always give advance notice of 24 hours before showing the house. Which I appreciated. They guided us through the whole process. They are knowledgeable and professional. Two very nice gentleman. And they are helping us find a new home to buy.
