They were able to negotiate with the seller's agent and pushed back on issues that we felt were important. They were genuine and gave their honest opinions on houses. They shared their experience by telling us what to lookout for when buying a house. We never felt that they were forcing us into anything or trying to get us to buy a house just to finish the job.
