I bought my first house in March. I was going through the process for the first time, and—being a single woman in my (very) early thirties, in a new town, with no family nearby—I had my guard up. Stumbling on Alex was the best thing that could have happened to me. He treats his clients like family, including those who—like me—are not working with a ton of money. He was just as quick to dissuade me from homes that weren’t in my best interest as he was enthusiastic about “the one” when we found it. He more than earned his commission, and then some. I consider him a friend, and look forward to buying a dining room table so I can have him over for dinner!
