We were very pleased with our experience with Alex van Grondelle. I had chosen his services because he sold the most recent condo in our development in just a few days. Our unit sold in 5 days. During that 5 days, they marketed the condo very well: taking professional photos, hosting 2 open houses the first weekend and closing the deal promptly. We were able to handle most things remotely during the pandemic. Alex was very prompt and professional in keeping us apprised during the process. This is the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. We would highly recommend his services.
