Alex & Derek helped us buy our new house and move to Colorado. They did a fantastic job, starting with finding homes that met our criteria. They were a great resource with information not only about the houses we looked at, but also the neighborhoods and cities they were in. When our first choice was taken (while we were thinking about it and planning an offer the next day) they quickly pivoted and helped us find another home. After we picked our new home, they were constantly in communication with us, keeping us informed and moving the process forward. When it came time for our walk-thoughs, Alex was always there with his great eyes. He found things that we never saw, and made sure they were addressed by the seller. Since we were unable to be in Colorado for closing, they made sure to take possesion of the house and have it ready for us when we arrived. I do not plan to move again, but if I have to, they will be my first call.
