We heartily recommend Alex and Derek. They genuinely sought to know what we needed and wanted. We feel they have current, in-depth knowledge of inventory, neighborhoods, and markets. They focused their attention on us whenever we had a scheduled meeting, whether it was virtual or in-person. They provided us a real-time virtual tour where we could ask them to open doors or show us a different view. Derek was present for the entire duration of the home inspection. Alex helped us with the virtual closing. In addition Alex and Derek recommended a general contractor for the modifications we wanted to make.
