Alex Shadpour

I have been working with Alex Shadpour for 15 years now (since 2011), and have bought or sold 11 properties with him. I have even followed him to LPT Realty because I've had such great success working with him. I like the fact that he will present his opinion on what he recommends I do (e.g. what I should offer on a buy, which offer to accept on a sale, amongst the many decisions needing to be made with prudence when dealing with real estate transactions), but then just as quickly listens to me and backs whatever decisions I make. He is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I absolutely trust that he will have my best interest in mind with every action he takes. As I was previously working a hectic schedule, I like the fact that he always makes himself available anytime - all day or even in the evenings/night as needed. He truly makes you feel like you're his only client. As long as I'm in the San Diego area, I can only imagine one source for my real estate needs, and that would be Alex.

Alex is a savior! I was so nervous selling my property as I have so many distractions in my life right now but Alex gave me all I asked for and more. He is always quick to respond to any issues or action items which was great because I wanted to get through the process of selling my property without any delays. He also taught me so much about the real estate selling process that I didn't know which will make me a lot more comfortable when I sell my next property. I wish more agents were like Alex. He makes you his priority rather than just treating you like another client that he is looking to make a quick buck off of. If I never have to use another agent in the future I will be extremely happy as Alex is not only a great person to work with but an even better person. I strongly recommend using Alex for both buying and selling any property in his jurisdiction and I want to thank you Alex from the bottom of my heart for helping me succeed in such a busy time of my life! I look forward to doing business with Alex for many years to come!

Working with Alex was a great experience. He is very responsive and did an excellent job making the process go as smooth as possible.
