My father died earlier this year so we received a number of queries about possibly selling his house. One of those queries came from Alex Roy. He called but also mailed estate processing information which was greatly appreciated. He also followed up later to ensure we received the information and to ask if we had any questions. Because of his approach, I had him in mind when I was told I should have a Comparative Market Analysis done on the house. It turned out Mr. Roy anticipated this need by including a CMA request link in the email he sends out. That was very quick, cleanly organized and without any sales pressure. He did the research right away - we had our updated valuation of the house the next afternoon. The report was very detailed and was accompanied by a cover letter above Mr. Roy's name addressed To Whom It May Concern, which allowed for the CMA to be shared with our estate attorney. This was exemplary customer service, and with no assurance that we would be selling the house. I told Mr. Roy he is our Go-To realtor should we be in that position in the future, much as we hope it will not be so. I've already recommended him at my office and I look forward to future opportunities to do so.
