I came to Alex with a 3 month deadline and he helped me lock in a beautiful home w exactly everything I was looking for in just a few weeks time. He puts in work! The whole transaction went smooth. I was very impressed especially in todays market. I expected to be chasing house after house getting out bidded left and right but that wasn’t the case. Second property we put an offer in and we got it, just leave it to him and take his advice on how to structure it. He’ll get it through. I’ll continue using Alex for my future purchases and will recommend him to family and friends.
