Alex helped us getting the place of our dreams, it was difficult but Alex stood up the whole time for us, he made possible the impossible.

My experience was very good . My family and I got to see numerous of houses , also any questions we had he was very quick to respond and help us . I also rate not only recommendation to him 10/10 but my experience was 10/10 he’s a very down to earth human aside from his job .

Can't express enough how much I appreciate Alex, he helped my family and I get into our dream home. We met back in late 2017 as he was walking knocking at doors in my then neighborhood and just sharing his business card. We were renting at the time and told him I wasn't looking to buy but he insisted lol and he asked for my email to receive monthly updates of the market. Things change several months later, and I emailed him in June 2018 and told him that "I'm not sure if I'm ready but would like to know where to start". Fast forward a few months later, we got the keys to our first home 3 months later in Sept. 2018. Due to the HOT sellers' market, I contacted Alex for advice and suggestions and sure enough it took several months of watching the market and here we are once again. He helped me with selling our first home, we had one open house and accepted an offer a few days after. Then went on and bought our 2nd home which is our "forever, brand new, dream" home. We started the process on January 2023 and got the keys to our "dream home" in April 2023, once again a few months later. It was a collaborative effort between me and Alex as we were in contact almost every day looking at the market and listings. BUT this is what separates ALEX from the rest of the Realtors out there, in between buying the first home and before contacting him to buy the second, he would reach out to catch up occasionally and always asked how the family is doing, he even once drove an hour and a half away on a Saturday for a surprise visit to just catch up! He truly does CARE for his clients and their families. I've seen him go above and beyond for us, and felt like a older brother vibe from him, he took care of me and my family and watched over us as we were looking at homes and guided us through nowadays sellers market.
