I definitely recommend Alex Pinz! Super attentive to important details for our family when purchasing our first home. He explained the entire process to us at each stage, giving us a lot of confidence. I'm an architect and I've been working with renovations for almost 20 years, I work directly with several brokers and without a doubt Alex is the best professional I've ever met!
Having Alex by our side gave us the peace of mind throughout the entire home searching/buying process, and we could've literally closed our eyes and know that the end result would surpass our expectations. Alex took care of business and it was passionate about it as if he was buying a home for his own family. Ethic, Transparency and Professionalism are definitely his marks. We are forever thankful, Alex. We feel blessed, grateful and fortunate at our new home!
Alex was fantastic. We were skeptical that we could sell at asking in a short amount of time and he was confident that we could and delivered. He went above and beyond numerous times. We would highly recommend him.
