If I could give Alex Mendel 10 stars I would - he is truly the best realtor. I had met with several realtors before I found Alex and didn’t click with them. Alex was the perfect fit - he was very personable , honest and did his research on the neighborhood to get me a great price. He did an amazing job with the house pics, had an open house scheduled the first weekend after the house was listed and had multiple offers immediately. He went over each one with me going over the pros and cons and settled on the best one. He then negotiated the sale of my new house, managed to close within 30 days on both houses without any issues. From start to finish, Alex handled everything and I never had any worries. He promptly returned any calls, answered any questions I had, and best of all, every offer he got more than the listing price! I highly recommend Alex if you are looking to sell or buy.
