It was our first time buying a home and Alex was there every step of the way. He took the time to explain every step and wording (because lets be honest, buying a home is confusing). I had no knowledge of the home buying process and Alex made sure to get us the best deal possible. My husband and I have very different taste and requirements for the house we wanted and Alex took the time to find us homes that matched both of our preferences. He was honest about every home. He made the entire process personable and fun! I'm so glad we chose Alex for our home buying adventure! I would recommend him to everyone and anyone.

Being a first time homeowner I was wary of the proper steps to find my dream place but Alex put my worries at ease. He kept my preferred move-in date in mind when searching for listings as well as doing his best to get me everything I had on my home wishlist. We were able to close days before my tight deadline and I couldn't be happier with my property!

Alex worked tirelessly to find me a home. Throughout the process, he was attentive and communicative. He promptly answered all my text messages and phone calls (and there were days when I sent quite a few anxious about purchasing the home I am currently in). He was always upbeat and always expressed to me that getting me into my chosen home was his top priority. To have someone like Alex who genuinely cares about his job and authentically cares about his clients is a rarity. I feel fortunate that I had Alex to guide me through the biggest purchase of my adult life.

So I wasn't a buyer. I was buying from out of state, Alex made the whole process so much easier. While I didn't find anything while I was in state. He continued to help me look at homes. Zoom calls anything to make sure I was able to see the house from out of state. He kept me informed at every point. I felt as though he went above and beyond, which made the process so much smoother for me and my family. I definitely will be referring him to others. Thank you Alex once again. I have a beautiful home.
