Alex has helped us over the last 12 months to purchase an amazing house in Eagle. He’s incredibly strategic, so much so that we beat out several bidders on a home and ended up buying it at an asking price under other bids. He was wise enough to make certain aspects of our deal so attractive to the sellers that we got our offer accepted in the midst of several offers, many of which were higher than ours.
