Alex was a friend of mine at the time and he was new to the game, so I just wanted him to get some experience and to make some money. He has experience in the Bahama Bay resort, so I was confident he would give me what I needed, a sale. He came through for me in 2 weeks or less. A time frame I was looking for, cause I was heading back to Louisiana to live. But he made a brilliant move on closing the deal in a week.
