Alex went above and beyond to help us sell our condo in Steamboat. He had clear communication throughout the process and was very insightful on how to get to different buyers. I have worked with him previously buying land, selling a house and now selling a condo and would confidently use him again in the future.

After renting for years in Steamboat, we were ready to find a place that would keep us in Routt county long term. Alex was incredibly patient with us as we changed our minds and priorities multiple times to find a place that fit all of our needs. We never felt pressured or rushed during the process and Alex assisted in setting up a plethora of showings for us to find the one that finally “fit”. Thank you, Alex, for helping us find the house that will become our home! - Micah and Mariah
