Alex La Roux

Alex LaRoux was referred to me by a trustworthy acquaintance. I had asked this person which realtor he would recommend. Without any hesitation he gave me the info on Alex. This person deals with many different realtors each week, but he refused to give me additional names, because he said, "Alex is THE guy." I called Alex and we talked. I felt very comfortable with him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market status, house values, and forecasts. He was also a NO PRESSURE, person!! Still, I didn't get back to him right away. At the encouragement of family members, and also, for my complete sense of security, I tried contacting other realtors. Not one of them would even tell me their fees without meeting in person, (I assume that was for the hard sell.) I knew at this point Alex was the person I needed. Throughout the process, I felt comfortable and at ease. If I had a question or a concern, Alex got back to me quickly. At one point I noticed something at the house that concerned me. To my relief, Alex dropped everything at 9:00pm and came right over. During the whole process, Alex thoroughly explained things, corrected my errors without judgement, shared some wisdom, and gave words of encouragement when needed. After an extended closing deadline, due to our exhaustion and not being able to finish packing up, things were looking grim. Then, out of nowhere Alex and his family showed up to help us cross the finish line! They arrived like knights in shining armor! They helped wherever help was needed! "This was the kindest, grandest, gesture I have ever had bestowed upon me, and one that won't ever be forgotten." The next time I need a realtor, which I hope is soon, I will be calling Alex again!!

Alex went above and beyond to help us find our new home. Always available to answer any questions and was very knowledgeable about the area and things to look out for in the houses we looked at. This is our 7th house purchase and Alex was by far the most professional and easiest real estate agent we have ever worked with. We would highly recommend!
