Four years ago, we purchased our house with the help of Alex. Recently, we have had to sell the house remotely due to some unexpected circumstances. We are super picky, have strong personalities and high expectations, and Alex has been nothing short of a miracle in making our first home purchase (together as a family) simply amazing and a dream come true! We love working with Alex not only because is he a great negotiator and a knowledgeable real estate agent (not just the property, but his relationships and connections with other agents), but because he's a great person to trust and communicate with when timing is everything. You seriously don't want to work with anyone else, because if you're looking for someone who genuinely respects you and your family (and not just looking for a commission), you need to have Alex represent your interests.

Alex helped us sell our home in Los Altos. He used a very analytical approach in determining how to invest in staging, painting, and marketing to ensure we sold our home for the highest price. And he was judicious in how he negotiated with buyers - which was even more complicated given my move was part of a corporate relocation. Overall, he and his team were great and we highly recommend them!
