I had a very specific type of home that I wanted and a pretty lengthy checklist. Alex maintained great communication with me when working as my realtor. He was always willing to show me any home that I wanted to look at and made sure that I didn’t miss any potential homes that just got on the market. His knowledge of reality, kindness, and patience really helped to make the home buying process a good one! And if I buy another home I will surely hire him as my realtor again.

Alex became the realtor for the search and purchase of a home We eventually found a condominium on Palmer Ranch that was in my price range. My purchase was dependent upon the sale of my house which was already under contract. I am a single and 65 year old female. My biggest fear had come to fuission. My house was sold and I had no place to go/live. I had made sure that a clause was in my MLS agreement that required my realtor to make sure I had a place to go (buy) I was fearful of becoming homeless. He didn’t help me. It is a Seller’s market and we knew competition was stiff for purchases. And to add to that there were complications with my sale which was making it that much harder to find a place. Plus I am on a fixed income. He seemed to be supporting my buyer NOT me as seller. I found myself on a seemingly impossible timeline. I had no support from my realtor. Then I found a listing and the responding realtor was Alex. I doubt I could have made it through both closings without Alex’s hard work and resourcefulness. He went above and beyond the scope of service to help me find a place. He even helped me with the physical move. He donated at least 10 hours of physical labor to help me with the move. I would recommend Alex for either a sale or purchase of real estate. He brings you honesty and integrity throughout the process. He goes the extra mile to help you. A Professional you can actually trust to do his best to make your sale/purchase a success and to make the closing as smooth as possible. He will stay with you for the duration.
