Overall, working with Alex was great. He was informative, knowledgeable, genuine and ensured that all documents were accounted for and correct. He made the entire experience pleasant from beginning to the end, listening to my needs and concerns. He was always responsive and open with communication, these were important items for me I would highly recommend him to friends/family.
