Alex went above and beyond to help me buy an investment property and I couldn't have been happier with him. He showed me a wide range of properties, helping me to figure out what kind worked best for me. I appreciated Alex being honest and concerned with my best interests in this investment, especially since this was the first investment I was making on my own. He was a wealth of information about every step of the process and even recommended workmen and found tenants for one of the units. When snafus happened, he was so calm, efficient and a total comfort. I wouldn't work with anyone else in the area.
