I thought I would have a relatively easy experience purchasing a home, since I wasn't involving a bank. Alex helped me find a very nice home quickly, but from there everything ended up getting very complicated. There was an ongoing issue revolving around a hookup to sewer, which ended up requiring complicated negotiations between the city, the county, the seller, and myself. Alex helped me through all these complications and kept at it until the closing. Hopefully your home buying experience won't be as complex, but you'll be happy to have Alex as your agent if it is.

***** 5 Stars Olympia, Wa. I have nothing but good things to say about Alex. I first had another highly recommended seasoned agent from the same office come over, walk through my home and give me a price range that she would list my home for. But when it came to me asking her more detailed questions and brought up other alternatives to list it. She flat out told me, "I have no option on that". I came to an ice cold brick wall and was told that I should shop around. Well, I should thank her for that advice because I took it and ended up with a wonderful, open agent, one who actually was able to communicate to and with me clearly. I had called the office and the agent on the floor and other end of the phone answered every question I had and more!! Alex was not offended or put off by my questions in regards to the selling of my home. My home was listed for more than what the first agent proposed and I had multiple offers in hand on the 3rd day, one being a clean FULL offer. If you are shopping for an agent, great! But.....don't just settle for the "referred seasoned agent", it is in your best interest to get one that you can actually communicate with, one that will answer ALL your questions! A huge plus is that Alex is part of a team of agents. Thomas also is equally as gifted in Real Estate. Being partners you have two strong agents working on your behalf, 100%!
