I have tried many different Realtors to sell my properties, none were successful, so i gave Alex a try too, why not, what did i have to lose. I kid you not, he had several offers within a week and we closed at a price higher than I was expecting. So i gave him another property, a tougher sell than the first one, but guess what, he brought me 3 contracts, two didn't end up closing, but third time was a charm. Alex is the real deal!
