I was trying to buy land for years with no success. This land was listed with multiple agents and I was told that seller was difficult to work with. Then, I hired Alex to represent me in the purchase when the property came back on the market. To my surprise, we were able to negotiate a $50k discount off the asking price (I was willing to pay more, and Alex knew it, but he still fought hard for me, so that I can get the best deal). In fact, the deal was so good, the seller was then trying to back out because they had another buyer who was willing to pay more, plus seller wanted to cut not just me, but both agents out of the equation. Luckily the contract was air-tight and there was no backing out. Plus, when the final docs came in, he noticed that title company overcharged me by about $500. Something I probably would not have noticed myself. Alex must have done a lot behind the scenes to keep this deal on track, because the seller's agent came to closing just to shake his hand and to thank him in person. I am very happy and would definitely recommend Top Orlando Realty to others.
