Alex Elliott

Alex Elliott is a gem! She is competent, professional, easy to work with and personable. We met Alex by accident last September during an initial look-see of the Beaufort area and by March we had purchased our dream retirement home. Alex was with us every step of the way. We had no definite timing on purchasing a home but that did not faze Alex. She reached out to us almost every week with new listings. She answered questions about the area as we continued to debate if Beaufort was the right location. She went with the flow as we debated purchasing land, a rental or a permanent home. She answered all our questions and insured we were armed with data to make an informed decision. When we returned in January, she showed us the perfect home that we just couldn't pass up. Alex navigated the contract negotiations with the seller's agent to insure a solid agreement was reached. And once the contract was signed, she was our on-site representative to make sure everything was done correctly (we currently live in New England). She supported follow-up questions about the house, the area and most importantly the inspection. No question was too trivial for Alex to address thoroughly. Throughout our whirlwind closure on the house, Alex was professional, competent, calm and undaunted. And we now have our dream home. And our first friend in Beaufort. We highly recommend Alex!
