Alex was my realtor to sell my Mom's home after she passed away(that was in a family trust). He knows his stuff and was very patient with me as this was all new to me while I was grieving the loss of my mom. Any time I might have had any issues or questions he always tried to make it right and answer in full. His negotiating skills at the end were awesome and we ended up giving the buyer much less of a credit then we thought we would have to. For a younger person with not as much experience as some realtors I was very impressed and happy with our whole experience. Thank you again Alex!
