I first met Alex at a tour of a house I was looking to rent. During the tour we got to talking about buying vs. renting, and he enlightened me on the fact that buying a house could actually save me more money than renting. I’d never looked into it because the process of buying seemed so daunting and intimidating, but with Alex’s expertise it didn’t have to be.He laid out all the steps required and walked me through each one, found hundreds of properties to look at and told me to pick my favorites so he could schedule tours, then found a top-notch lender to work with who was as on top of her game as he was, as well as the best home inspector in the area. Alex then did all the negotiating with the sellers on my behalf, got the minor improvements needed to be done to the house fulfilled no problem, and with the approval from the lender for a loan, we were able to get me into a house far sooner than I’d expected, and paying even less per month than I imagine I’d be spending if I’d decided to rent instead! If you’re looking for a realtor who is lazy and mediocre, Alex ain’t your guy. But if you need one who will work day and night to give you the tools and resources you need to confidently buy a house, and on top of that one who is friendly and easy to get along with, I can’t think of anyone I’d recommend more highly than Alex Doring.

Alex is an outstanding Agent, his knowledge, experience, and professionalism was top tier and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time buying a home. Right off the bat, I contacted Alex and let him know that I would need to find a home right away to move into for my family and I. He told me what I needed to do to begin the process, answered all my questions, guided me through the process of buying my home, and was very responsive when I had questions. Within 30 days was able to find the perfect home, negotiate on my behalf with the seller’s agent, and close, which I heard was a very difficult thing to do in that timeframe, but not for Alex. I highly recommend him, and will hopefully continue to work with him in the long future.
