Alex worked with me months prior to the day we listed the house on the market starting with what were the buyers on the market mainly looking for, what remodel projects were worth the investment and even recommended highly reliable contractors that he had worked with in the past. Alex even drove to Casa Grande a few times to ensure the projects was on track and was there to support me along every step of the way from planning the remodeling to negotiating to going through the rigorous inspection and appraisal process for the FHA buyer I decided to go with (thanks to his suggestions and explanation of the difference between FHA and traditional loans). I highly recommend Alex Chang as he will be sure to explain every step of the process, will explain everything thoroughly unlike most realtors I've worked with in the past who are only interested in the transaction and shy away from any additional communication (my feeling was that they were afraid of being sued). Unlike every single realtor I've worked with in the past Alex up to date to economic, demographic and geographical changes in Arizona, and most importantly (if this wasn't already clear) he is willing to share everything!!!

Alex assisted us in selling a property in Arizona, and went over and beyond in accommodating our absence, as we live in Los Angeles. He met with the Home Inspector and assisted in arranging the fixes that needed to be done. He is young but very personable and professional. I would work with him again.
