I initially reached out to Alex because he is a family friend, and I was confident he would be trustworthy and helpful given our relationship. However, he far surpassed my expectations throughout the journey that led us to finding my dream condo in Brickell, Miami. He suggested the neighborhood, as I was was not familiar with Miami and he could not have been more spot on. Nuestra experiencia con Alex fue fantastica! Primero vendió nuestra casa en el ciclo del comprador, momento difícil cuando habia un surplus de casas a la venta y pocos compradores o muy exigentes. Eso significó para Alex emplear toda su pericia profesional, paciencia y maxima habilidad en las negociaciones. También nos sugirió modificaciones cosméticas muy valiosas. Además Alex cuenta con un equipo excelente de contratistas para reparación y remodelacion y un gusto excelente para sacar las mejores fotografías de modo que la casa se destacó en todos los medios publicitarios. Segundo, cuando nos tocó la futura compra, Alex entendió a la perfección lo que teníamos en mente y encontró el depto de nuestros sueños en cortisimo plazo. Estabamos dispuestos a pagar casi lo que pedían pero Alex insistió en defender nuestris intereses y obtuvo una rebaja sustancial. Lo que más nos impresionó de Alex es su dedicación, integridad, educación y don de gente y por ello lo hemos recomendado a todas nuestras amistades y lo volveremos a llamar siempre!

Alex has been the BEST realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He goes above and beyond the calling of a realtors normal duties. Because of Alex we were able to close on our home during this crazy pandemic market. Without his knowledge and expertise we wouldn’t have made it to closing. We faced a few challenges along with the way as this market has been a sellers market but Alex was one step ahead of the game every time. He was always straight forward with us and laid out both the positive and negative sides of each decision, supplying us with all the information we needed to make the best decision for our family. He’s very personable, readily available and does his due diligence the entire way to closing.
