My deal was a NIGHTMARE from the start. We were dealing with 3 states and 3 different realtors. There were many times the deal was going to crumble. Alla kept it together. Her experience, communication and composure kept everything and everyone in line. I would highly recommend her and her husband. They are there for you.
Amazing realtor, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed. They made selling my home fast and smooth. Highly recommend.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Alevtina (Alla) Ioffe over many years, and she has been an exceptional partner in the sale of multiple apartments in our cooperative. Alla is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated. She works hard to make the process smooth for everyone involved, and she always follows through. What truly sets Alla apart is her thoughtful and responsible approach to finding the right buyers. She understands cooperative living and takes care to bring in qualified candidates who appreciate and support the values of shared ownership and community responsibility. She’s not just moving real estate—she’s helping strengthen a community. Alla is also a pleasure to work with: friendly, respectful, and highly responsive. She communicates clearly, stays on top of every detail, and makes sure that nothing falls through the cracks. Her reminders (and there are plenty!) are always appreciated, because they reflect her commitment to doing the job right. We’re grateful for all that Alla has done for our building and can recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a smart, experienced, and truly professional real estate agent.
Working with Alevtina Ioffe was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Her deep knowledge of the market, excellent communication, and professionalism made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. I truly felt like I had a trusted partner looking out for my best interests. I would highly recommend Alevtina to anyone looking to sell their home quickly and for the best possible price.
