Aleta helped the reviewer sell this property

Aleta has got to be one of the best real estate...

Aleta has got to be one of the best real estate brokers with whom to work in the area. Her attention to detail, and the ease with which it was to work with her are outstanding. She knows the local market, from pricing to timing, and potential buyers. Her knowledge was instrumental in setting a realistic price, and resulted in multiple offers on the property. She made great recommendations on preparing the property for sale and lent a hand in helping make them come to fruition. When we had a moving sale, she was there to post signage, advertise, and even brought goodies the morning of the sale! If you're looking for a broker who will take the worry out of the process and guide you to a successful outcome, Aleta Thompson is who you want!
