Alessandra Castrogiovanni

I've had the great pleasure of working with Alessandra Castrogiovanni twice: Once to purchase my home in Santa Monica, and then, six years later to sell that property. Through all of these interactions Alessandra has been smart, diligent, professional, charming, and incredibly hard working. I was not an easy customer to satisfy on my original purchase, and we looked at dozens of homes together before I was able to find the ideal place. She made sure that the transactions all went smoothly and used her amazing list of contacts to find the contractors needed for various inspections and repairs. I can't overemphasize how important the latter is: Alessandra was able to get people on site on very short notice, presumably because each of them had a longstanding relationship of courtesy and trust with her. When I decided to sell, I immediately called Ms, Castrogiovanni, as my original experience had been so positive. I listed this property in the heat of the COVID-19 outbreak where everyone's lives were upside down, and I pushed for the fastest possible time to market, based on my own worries that the market was unstable. To do so, I essentially delegated everything to Alessandra. She recommended staging so I did exactly as she suggested. She recommended an asking price and I agreed. She recommended a selling and list strategy and I did what she recommended. The result was that my home had its first offer in less than one week, and a backup offer two days later. It sold for the asking price (to the first buyer). Like all home sales, there were complexities. In my case, a minor mold problem and a frightened buyer. She helped me walk through the process of mitigating both the mold and the fear, and we closed - ahead of schedule. Really, I can't imagine that more needs to be said.
