Alesha pointed out every detail and explained every document and was very patient when I didn’t understand. She was easy to reach whenever I had a question and she reached out whenever I needed to sign or fill out some thing she spent a great deal of time, explaining the process, the steps, Each document, and stayed in touch between my loan officer and me. She was always willing to show me a home when I was in the area. She made me feel as though my home purchase was the only one and of course the most important one she was working on. She never made me feel rushed, or that my time was an important. She never became impatient when I could not make clear decisions. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of my home purchase. I would highly recommend her as a very reliable and knowledgeable realtor. Even after the sale, she is staying in touch to make sure that everything is working well, and that I am loving my new home. My wife and I lived in Hawaii and were looking at real estate in the Temecula area for our retirement. We had never been to Temecula, but it was geographically where we wanted to be (close to grandkids). Everything we read about Temecula seemed like a place we wanted to retire. Alesha was very knowledgeable of the area and provided a service unparalleled. We would search the real estate sites on the internet from Hawaii and Alesha would get more us more details. Once we thought we would like to tour a house, Alesha would do this for us via facetime. She would tour the properties and share her experience as well as insight live via facetime. We had the opportunity to see the houses from our home in Hawaii. She was aware of our search criteria and continued to offer her input as well as following up on our requests. This went on for a few months. Upon our arrival to Temecula, Alesha had three or four homes for us to tour as well as the home we had already put a deposit on. This enabled us to visit other homes for comparison to the home we thought we wanted to buy prior to finalizing the deal. She also lined up a rental agent, as we were not planning to move for over a year. The rental agent came to the house during our tour and provided valuable input for required repairs prior to leasing. The overall experience with Alesha Ucker was excellent and we would highly recommend her in the future.

We met Alesha by chance at an open house being held at a home for sale in Temecula in May. After talking with Alesha, we agreed that she would assist us in our search to find a home. Over the next two and one-half months we worked with Alesha, while we returned to Colorado, sold our home there, and packed our belongings.
