She was always available, very responsive, never pushy, and very patient. She knows what to look for in a house and what to point out that us first-time homeowners would not have noticed on our own. Where do I start!! We went to Alena to look at a rental and walked out in the mindset that we are going to buy a home! She worked hard day and night and even while she was on a cruise to help make sure we knew what was going on and that we were able to tour homes so we could find our perfect home. She walked us through each step she talked us through our worries and hugged us through some tears. We NEVER thought we would be able to buy a home and achieve the AMERICAN DREAM! She assured us we could. Then she took us to what is now our new home, through all the bumps in the road she was there and I am proud to say she has become a good friend.
