We sold the house for our mother, he did all the legwork for us as far as inspections and having some minor issues fixed. We highly recommend him and we would certainly use him again. We cannot express how much we appreciate all he did to get this done. We are 1000 miles away and was concerned about having to go back to deal with it, but he handled everything all the way through closing and we were able to sign everything online.
