Alejandro made the purchase of my new home easy. He made sure I understood the process, he addressed my concerns, negotiated with the sellers as needed, and kept me informed right to the settlement table. It had been 18 years since I last was involved in the purchase of a home, and more than 12 years that I had been renting rather than owning, so buying a home was a little terrifying but Alejandro's expertise got me through and now I am once again a happy home owner.

He gives all of the required information for the client to make an informed decision. He is patient, always arrives early and responds to calls and emails within minutes.
