Alejandro was recommended by a friend and we were really glad we went with him. I was still in the Army so we were only in town for a couple of days to look at houses. He was incredibly helpful in finding the houses we were looking for. More importantly, this was our first time buy a house so we had a lot of questions. He was super helpful throughout the process because god knows I had a lot of questions about the process and what different terms mean/why I care. Very responsive and patient. Would go through him again if looking for a new house, but he did his job well enough that I don’t think we are going to be moving any time soon!

Alejandro was very knowledgeable, he walked us through the process. From the start he was able to provide us with an estimated market valuation based on the area, he then helped us come up with the best price point and a plan on what was needed to close the sale. He never made promises that he could not keep. He helped us identify what was needed to make the house presentable and pointed key things that needed fixing to attract clients. He was always available and answered our questions and concerns. During the offer and closing process he took the time to go over the documents and explained every single detail, and made sure that we had a good understanding of what was being asked and what we were signing. He is very friendly and always in a good mood, polite and direct. I think he made the stress of selling our home be to a minimum and my wife and I are very grateful for the work he did. We will definitely look to work with him again when we have the need to deal with real estate.
